Dr. John Strobeck is a highly accomplished cardiologist, born in 1946, in York, Pennsylvania. Dr. Strobeck’s educational journey began at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA, where he completed his B.Sc. degree in 1968. He then pursued his Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH, which he obtained in 1972. Following this, he obtained his M.D. from the same university in 1974.
Dr. Strobeck has been certified by various medical boards, including the American Board of Internal Medicine, Subspecialty of Cardiovascular Diseases, and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. Over the course of his career, he has been affiliated with various prestigious medical institutions, such as the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY, and The Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, NJ, where he has held various leadership positions. These positions include Chief of Cardiology and Director of the Heart Failure Program.
Dr. Strobeck is also the founder and Medical Director of Heart-Lung Center, Hawthorne, NJ. He has been a member of various prestigious medical societies, such as the American College of Cardiology, the Heart Failure Society of America, and the Society of Nuclear Medicine, to name a few. Additionally, Dr. Strobeck is the co-founder and Chairman of the Heart Failure Consortium of NJ, Hawthorne, NJ, and a consultant for Prevencio, Inc., Seattle, WA, and Daxor Corp, New York, NY.
Dr. Strobeck has received several honors throughout his career, including being a Predoctoral Research Fellow at NIH from 1968-1972, and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
